During my time with NSW Police I was responsible for delivering UX and UI for their Firearms applications portal, which was previously a paper based system, into Salesforce.
I had also led the UX and UI for NSW Police’s first ever mobile app which has included:
Hi fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma for user testing
Map based design solutions
Inclusion of existing website components into the app
Use of Salesforce Lightning Design System
